The Domaine Trapet-Rochelandet Bourgogne Blanc is not just a bottle—it’s a statement of craftsmanship, sustainability, and timeless finesse. Produced on a family estate in Gevrey-Chambertin this 2023 Bourgogne Blanc is clear straw in color and offers up aromas of flowers, apples and peaches, followed by a medium-bodied, lively and delicately honeyed palate. The palate is well balanced and much more attractive with grapefruit and citrus peel scents, fine tension and precision toward the finish.

Domaine Trapet Rochelandet, founded in 2006 by Laurant Trapet Rochelandet in Gevrey-Chambertin, unites two historic Burgundy families into a single estate devoted to authenticity and precision. Spanning 17 acres across prized Côte de Nuits terroirs, the Domaine practices traditional, pesticide-free viticulture with manual labor and horse-drawn plowing to honor the land and its century-old vines. Laurant’s meticulous, low-intervention approach in both vineyard and cellar yields wines of striking purity and restraint, where natural fermentations and minimal oak use highlight the vineyard’s voice. The resulting collection reflects Gevrey-Chambertin’s noble terroir with soulful, age-worthy elegance.
